MONITORING SERVICE
Clients connected with CPV CARMAN have system in radio and telephone contact with our manned Central Alarm Reception Station 24 hours daily, 365 days annually.
The Central Station operators are in contact radio contact with CPV Carman cars. One of these in immediately sent to the client's address should an alarm signal be received in our Central.
Once the alarm has been verified and the house is secure,, our operators notify local police and the owners according to client's instructions.
KEYHOLDING SERVICE
We will hold copied of client's key in our Central Alarm Reception Station to clients should they wish it. The service is free.
WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE
The equipment is guaranteed for one year after installation against all defects in material and workmanship. Maintenance contracts provide a cost effective extension to our system warranty.
CPV CARMAN technicians make preventive maintenance visits, depending upon the system installed, and correct any breakdowns which occur without charge for labour. Maintenance obviously will not cover misure of the system, modifications made by anyone not in our Technical Department, variations in electrical current supplied or natural disasters over which we have no control. This guarantee does not include batteries.
